Fosber has two series of machines called the Classic Series and the Evolution Series. Each offer exceptional equipment. The Evolution Series is our premier line specializing in high speed operation and low maintenance costs. The dry-end comes in various versions for 820 fpm, 1000 fpm and 1150 fpm with the possibility to easily upgrade to higher version models at any time. The machines are available from 98 in. to 110 in. wide for maximum paper width. Features such as thin blade slitting, line speed order changes without the need to sever the web at the rotary shear and on-line modem support are all available as standard supply. Fosber is convinced that the corrugator dry-end has to be able to cope with ever shorter order run lengths while offering maximum production flexibility and reliability. For this reason Fosber will continue to evolve and perfect the dry-end and order change system so that the corrugator wet-end is free to run the highest possible speeds with no restrictions whatsoever from the dry-end. Commercially available "off-the-shelf" components are used throughout the dry-end. This dramatically reduces the cost of routine maintenance and on-site spares holdings.
