Fosber Factory Training Schools

This unique factory school offers your maintenance personnel unlimited access
to a machine. Attendees perform preventative maintenance procedures and
troubleshooting techniques on an actual machine.

Fosber factory schools ensure that your maintenance department is trained to
quickly troubleshoot the machine and efficiently perform preventative
maintenance procedures. Our training techniques will minimize downtime and
increase performance of the machine.

The school programs are specifically designed to provide maintenance personnel
with “hands on” training described in the school outline. Attendees need safety
glasses, safety shoes, and work clothes to perform the procedures on the machine.

Existing Equipment Training
Help Programs- Help programs are interactive CD programs that allow the operator and
maintenance personnel to familiarize themselves with the actual programs/equipment
without disrupting production. The program can be used to train new employees before
actually running the machines. The Help Program can be run on any computer system
that has a CD player.

Factory Maintenance
Schools- Factory maintenance schools are 2-3 day schools in Green Bay, WI. The
schools are designed for maintenance personnel and provide "hands-on" and classroom
training. Maintenance personnel perform required maintenance procedures in quiet
supervised environment. The schools are offered quarterly to all customers.

Custom Designed
Training- Custom designed training is determined by the customer and approved by
Fosber Training Department
