Fosber’s RealTime Production Supervisor, or RPS, is an ethernet-based video recording system designed specifically for the corrugated industry. In addition to display screens providing live feeds for real-time operator feedback, a NVR/DVR backend stores video to aid in troubleshooting and diagnostics with a user-friendly operator interface to view past events.
RPS integrates seamlessly with Fosber’s Syncro software to highlight relevant corrugator events as well as overlaying the corrugator’s status over live feeds. Any user with a browser and network connection to the corrugator can easily recall recordings for review. The system is available in a variety of configurations and is suited for use on all makes and models of corrugated equipment.
